So after reading about the 20 or so books a month billionaires read, I have taken the challenge to read about 5-6 books a week for the rest of my life. Truth be told, I am a speed reader so this is not particularly difficult for me. I have been dealing with weight and health issues my whole life and last year, I found a book called Diet Recovery by Matt Stone. It is an insanely good book for anyone but especially someone whose eating habits got messed up as a teen. I have been doing well for a while but i hadn't lost weight and felt cold all the time even though I am WAYYY healthier now. So after some Google searches, I found he had a 2.0 of this book that was simpler and more sustainable. I bought it two days ago and I have already seen improvements in my body temperature, weight, muscle and best of all, SLEEP. My sleep has been messed up between school and tragically losing my granny in the matter of a month. I finally sleep through the hours of 2-4 am for the first time in two weeks. My fingers are not ice cold and I can manage to work out without feeling like I need to bathe in ice for ten years. It is only the beginning but I see a bright future.
PS. This is not #spon in anyway, just want people to know how important having a healthy metabolism is. I am not qualified to give any info in detail so read the book. #Read19
